What time does the convention start?
Saturday - 11:00 -20:00

Can I get a tattoo done on the day?
Of course! The best was to check is to find the artists social media page and send them a messgage asking if they are offering walk up tattoos.
Can I pay the tattooists on card?
Genereally cash is preffered by the booths , however you best to check with them.
If I leave can I come back later ?
Yep! There is a capacity on the venue so you may have to wait until some people leave but come and go as you please
How to get to the venue?
CAR
Newbury Racecourse has 2 entrances which can be confusing. The only access to the venue the convention will be held in is the back entrance.
The easiest way to get here is to follow directions to ‘STRYKER’ in Newbury and then follow the yellow road signs
TRAIN
Newbury Racecourse has it’s own station and trains run regularly from Newbury and Reading station. Please check the timetables ahead for time
BUS
Buses run regularly from Newbury bus station please check the timetables ahead for time
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! There will be a bar and food stands on the ground and first floor.
Are children allowed?
Children under 12 will be allowed in free accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
Is there disabled access?
There is disabled access throughout the building
Are there cash machines on site?
Yes there is 1 cash machine on site, but please bring cash with you just in case it runs out or isnt working on the day.
Is there parking?
There are 600 parking spaces available at £2 for the day. Spaces are limited and if you leave we cant gurentee a space when you return
